Comparative Analysis of PR and ER Expression in HBE, MCF-7, and T47-D Cells Using RT-qPCR
DESCRIPTION
This study presents supplementary data on the expression of progesterone receptors (PR) and estrogen receptors (ER) in human bronchial epithelial cells (HBE), MCF-7, and T47-D cell lines. RNA was extracted, and RT-qPCR was performed to measure Ct values, demonstrating the differential expression of CK18 as a marker across the cell types. This provides insights into hormone receptor status in breast cancer and other relevant tissues, contributing to the understanding of receptor activation and its implications for therapy.
