Practice Instructions: • 1) In groups of 3, decide if someone has a current unresolved performance issue for which you own consulting responsibility. • 2) Briefly describe the performance issue to your team members as though you were making an initial consultation. • 3) If this is your performance issue, you will play the role of the client and assign other team members to be a consultant pair. • 4) Complete the front end tool in the allotted time assigned. • 5) Debrief your insights about what the tool enabled you to uncover and then share general discoveries. • 6) Discuss as a large group.
