Patient Participation Group • What does the PPG do? • Provides an effective forum for patients, carers and staff to support Bideford Medical Centre in its delivery of healthcare. • Encourages open discussion of changes to services and their delivery and helps shape the future policies and direction of the Practice. • Empowers patients in developing an interest in their primary health care at the practice.  • Consults on information packs and patient leaflets.

Patient Participation Group • Who is in the PPG? • A doctor and a manager from BMC - Dr. Alison Stapley and Mrs. Olivia Bassett • A representative from the Trustees of the Friends of BMC – Mr Brian Hall-Tomkin • A panel of Patients – Mr Malcolm Fairbrother, Mrs Angela French, Mr Alan Bowes, Mrs Karen Bowes, Mr Leno Lamanna, Mrs Michele Jeffery.
