Proposal for D2D synchronization. When UE is out of coverage and detected a D2DSS in D2DSSue_net, If the UE selects the detected D2DSS in D2DSSue_net as the timing reference for its transmissions, it transmits the same D2DSS as its timing reference if it becomes a D2D synchronization source.

Proposal for D2D synchronization • When UE is out of coverage and detected a D2DSS in D2DSSue_net, • If the UE selects the detected D2DSS in D2DSSue_net as the timing reference for its transmissions, it transmits the same D2DSS as its timing reference if it becomes a D2D synchronization source. • If the UE does not select the detected D2DSS in D2DSSue_net as the timing reference for its transmissions, it transmits a D2DSS in D2DSS_ue_oon if it becomes a D2D synchronization source.
