This project focuses on the integration of graduate students into community health initiatives, fostering academic-community partnerships through the SF HIP program. By participating in CTSA KFC events and meetings, the aim is to adopt effective implementation strategies, enhancing community health programming. We will establish robust internal and external communication channels to share updates and train community members. An evaluation team will analyze our partnership processes, ensuring lessons learned are disseminated nationwide for continual improvement and stakeholder engagement in health initiatives.
