This study examines the effect of the K65R mutation on the formation of reverse transcriptase (RT) and T/PEFdA-MP binary complexes. By analyzing the ratios of RT to T/PEFdA-MP, we assess the stability and binding efficiencies at varying concentrations. The data indicates significant variations in complex formation, suggesting that the K65R mutation may influence the overall performance of reverse transcriptase in the presence of T/PEFdA-MP. Additional Figure 1 provides visual support for the findings.
