AFLOAT IMPLEMENTATION UPDATE • Stakeholder champion leads are USFF and COMPACFLT • Suspend eLeave implementation until next major software release • Assessment ships will be presented option to continue with eLeave • 10 Ships involved in the assessment • 7 of 10 Ships live with the application • Remaining Ships to start Go-Live after December 2012 • Training Timeline Drafted for May 2012 - FY13 for Fleet Concentration Areas • NSIPS has completed Software Installs for 123 of 150 Ships for v1.2.19 • NSIPS v1.3.8 system test, v1.3.9 system development and v1.3.10 • Next Major Software Upgrade Planned for v1.3.10 December 2012 • Total of 80 plus enhancements has taken place since the August 2010 initial release.
