The TAPP Middle School initiative aims to cultivate independent learners who contribute positively as change agents in their communities by 2020. Students are encouraged to reflect on their futures, including college ambitions and the skills necessary for success in the 21st century, such as technological competence, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Discipline and behavior are emphasized as crucial elements to achieving personal goals and fulfilling both the school's mission and vision. Student involvement and rewards are part of fostering a productive school environment.
