Group OperationsStages of Development • Role-Division Phase/Group Conforming • Group decides on goals, purpose is identified, roles become established and leaders become more assertive. • Roles: Compromiser, “easer of tensions,” Questioner, Reinforcer . . . • Constructive Phase/Group Performing • Group works to achieve tasks, work finally gets done.
