This report addresses the proposed guidelines for e-Tag ramp durations as discussed during the August 2012 meeting. The ISAS approved the EIWG's recommendation to replace ramp duration tables with written exceptions to the existing rules. The guideline underwent a 30-day comment period, with feedback collected and revised for final review. Comments from BPA suggested incorporating current NAESB language due to updates in NAESB WEQ Standard 004-17. A motion was made to approve the amended guideline and explore its adoption as a regional business practice.
