  3. CollaborativeDecisionMakingWeatherEvaluationTeam (CDM WET) • Made up of FAA, Stakeholders (ieAirlines), NOAA, otherContractors • Task: Common Winter WeatherForecast • Conflictingforecastsand situationawarenessissuesthroughday 2+ • Goals: Automated, simple, up and runningthisseason

  4. Common Winter WeatherForecast • Automated SREF, similar toHPCs Winter WeatherGuidance • Application: “Core 29” terminals, 3 hrincrementsfrom 0-72 hrs. • Snow intensity/Rate/Accumulation • Freezing Rain Intensity • Visibility and Blowing Snow

  5. Aviation Winter WeatherDashboard (AWWD) • Output • Web based, updatedevery 6 hrs with SREF • Intuitivedisplay • Drives SPT (shortestpathtree?) agenda and facilitatesairportspecificcommunication
