Prioritized List Recommendation 3: Report Back on Prioritization and Sequencing • Project Manager: Calvin Wong • Deliverables: • Initial Growth Management Implementation Schedule • priority list of 25 to 50 growth areas for 2012 October • Develop understanding of how to use the priority list(s) • Documented scoring methodology for each criterion • Transparency for stakeholders of data, methodology and scoring • • A list of metrics for Council’s approvals • clear recommendation for the innovation criteria/metrics • review of ecological criteria/metrics

Land Supply Strategy Recommendation 3: Report Back on Prioritization and Sequencing • Project Manager: Matthew Sheldrake • Deliverables: • Strategy for land supply that clearly defines the land supply targets to be used • metrics for the land supply criterion in the prioritization process • Strategy for land supply that informs the sequencing of the prioritized list • alignment of infrastructure investments • Strategy and action plan for achieving land supply targets • particularly in Developed areas • consideration of CHBA-Calgary items presented to PUD • Progress report by October 2012

Service Delivery Structure Recommendation 3: Report Back on Prioritization and Sequencing • Project Manager: Chris Jacyk • Deliverables: • Permanent organizational sustainment structure for the growth management process • Resources requirements • working relationship with key support personnel • Interim structure needed to complete Framework • Communication and education strategy (change management) • Monitoring plan for Growth Management initiatives • forecast and measure success • Define measurement of alignment for Capital/Operating budgets • integration of Growth Management Implementation Schedule and Budgets and Business Plans

Overall Deliverables Recommendation 3: Report Back on Prioritization and Sequencing • Program Manager: Chris Jacyk • Deliverables: • PUD Progress Report (2012 October) • Ensure alignment between components • Alignment of priority with DIGC & GMSGC • Appropriate communication & engagement with stakeholders, DIGC & GMSGC and Council • Change management strategy

Stakeholder Engagement Recommendation 3: Report Back on Prioritization and Sequencing • Bulk of engagement will be in May & June • “Capstone” targeted for mid-July • Each project stream will be slightly different • Concurrent engagement may be necessary • Interests will be balanced to avoid conflicts • Notes from each session will be available • Those who can’t attend will still have opportunity to comment
