The Executive Leadership Forum (ELF) convened in April 2010 to address critical issues in tiger conservation in Cambodia. Discussions emphasized the importance of political will and higher government participation, with special focus on inviting the World Bank and GTI group for engagement. Proposed improvements to the GTSRP include implementing MIST patrolling systems, utilizing scent dogs for occupancy surveys, and establishing key performance indicators to track progress in reducing wildlife poaching and trade. Stakeholder involvement and habitat protection were also highlighted for effective conservation strategies.
