  3. Standards Gradebook Implementation • What will be the structure of my Standards Gradebook? • Academic Areas are typically classes. • Determine the number of Subjects in each class. • Develop the Skills within each Subject. Student Management\Educator Access Plus\GB\ST\AA\Subjects and Skills

  4. Standards Gradebook Implementation • What grades do I want to collect and report on? • Class Grade • Subject Grades • Skill Grades Student Management\Educator Access Plus\GB\ST\AA\Grade Calculation Options

Standards Gradebook Implementation • How many times per year do I want to send home report cards or progress reports? • Determine the number of Semester, Term, and/or Final grade buckets needed. • Configure Course Length Sets and Grade Sets. • Create Grading Periods. • Link Grade Buckets to Grading Periods. Standards Gradebook Implementation • How is each grade calculated? • Determine whether grades are auto calculated or manually entered by teachers. • If auto calculated: • Choose a calculation method for Skill grades. • Choose a calculation method for Subject grades. Standards Gradebook Implementation • What percentage range does each Grade Mark represent? • Percentage ranges are required only for auto calculated Gradebooks. • Each Grade Mark Group must include all percentages between 0.00 and 100.00.
