Ephesians 4 1 Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love, 3 being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all.

Experiencing the Power Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us… Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love,  TO BE

  5. Experiencing the Power Power to be meek and humble To show power in a meek and humble state The church is where people are growing in lowliness, not seeking to lift themselves up but to be powerful where they are,

Ephesians 4 1 Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love, 3 being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

  7. Makrothumia(patience) patience, endurance, constancy, steadfastness, perseverance patience, forbearance, longsuffering, slowness in avenging wrongs Longsuffering, patience negative term. It is holding back, restraining yourself from becoming upset or speaking sharply or shrilly to somebody, whoever whose conduct you find difficult and exasperating.

  8. Anechomai(showing tolerance) suffer, bear with, forbear, endure  willingness to forgive and refusing to take revenge. The positive side. Literally it is "to uphold and support" someone. Not only to restrain yourself but to support others, encourage them.

  9. Anechomai(showing tolerance) Makrothumia(patience) Negative Positive holding back restraining yourself willingness to forgive refusing to take revenge to uphold and support someone.

Ephesians 4 & Colossians 3 12 Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13 bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. 14And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.  1 Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love, 3 being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.  and be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. (Ephesians 4:32 RSV)

  11. Forgiveness Micah 7:19 Yes, You will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. First - we are not to bring up to the person whom we have forgiven the thing we forgave. Second - we do not tell anybody else about the matter that is forgiven. Third - you do not remind yourself of what has been forgiven!
