This project is co-funded by the Seventh Framework Programme for Researchand Technological Development of the European Union Contract amendmentsOrganizational/personal changes:Monika Bauhr (QoG) has replaced Bo Rothstein as Scientific CoordinatorMalin Ceder is new financial officer at QoGGallup has left the project and the contract has been terminated. Their money have been reallocated to WP6 partners.HERTIE has replaced TI as leader for dissemination (WP12)

Dissemination and budgetary changes • New dissemination plan • Allocation of dissemination money to all interested partners. • These allocations are not fixed and may be revised and the spending are subject to the approval of the Pillar leader. • Budgetary changes related to the reallocation of dissemination money (and Gallup’s withdrawal). • Divided between personal costs (20%), other direct costs (70%) and subcontracting (10%) + OH.

  8. Amendments continued • All relevant documents have been amended accordingly. • Submitted to the Commission last week and we already got some feedback, which we will get back to some on you on shortly. • Will take a while before everything is done.

This project is co-funded by the Seventh Framework Programme for Researchand Technological Development of the European Union Progress report Deliverables reported in 2014 • WP 1 deliverable & milestone “State of the art report on theories and harmonized concepts of corruption” is submitted and we’re waiting for acceptance by the Commission. • WP 4: Deliverable, deliverable D4.1: “Comparative country reports on institutional performance Countries: Bosnia, Kosovo, Hungary, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Tanzania, Turkey” was submitted to the Commission in the end of June and we’re waiting for acceptance by the Commission. • WP 3 Global comparative trends analysis report and Background paper and regional comparison on selected countries have been accepted. • WP 3 Milestone MS2 " Quantitativereport on causesofperformance and stagnation in the global fight againstcorruption” Accepted

This project is co-funded by the Seventh Framework Programme for Researchand Technological Development of the European Union Upcoming deliverables to be reported in 2014 & early 2015 • WP 10: D10.1: “Background information report on anticorruption legislation" (Deadline 31October) ELIAMEP is the WP leader. • WP 4: “Full data set prepared for integration with other WPs” (Deadline 28 February 2015), UNIBG • WP 8: “Country policy reports on institutions in public procurement for the infrastructure sector” (Deadline 28 February 2015), HERTIE. • WP 9: “Integrated report” (Deadline 28 February 2015), EUI.

  11. Timetable for deliverables and milestones 1. Draft papers to WP leader and Advisory Board one week ahead of final conference/meeting. 2. Comments by WP leader and Advisory Board to authors one week after the conference/meeting. 3. English language editing, contact proofreaders 4. Final draft to WP leader 45 days before submission deadline 5. WP leader sends final deliverable to Pillar leader 30 days before submission deadline 6. Pillar leader prepares resolution and sends to Steering Committee 10 days before submission deadline 7. SC approves and sends to Dalila 5 days before submission deadline 8. Dali submits deliverable to Commission

This project is co-funded by the Seventh Framework Programme for Researchand Technological Development of the European Union Periodic report • P2: from month 19 tomonth36 (1 September - 28 February 2015) • WP leader should submit scientific part, partners financial part • Deadline for submission is 5 January. For each WP: • • A summary of progress towards objectives and details for each task; • • Highlight clearly significant results; • • If applicable, explain the reasons for deviations from Annex I and their impact on other tasks as well as on available resources and planning; • • If applicable, explain the reasons for failing to achieve critical objectives and/or not being on schedule and explain the impact on other tasks as well as on available resources and planning • • a statement on the use of resources, in particular highlighting and explaining deviations between actual and planned person-months per work package and per beneficiary in Annex 1 (Description of Work); • • If applicable, propose corrective actions.
