  5. HISTORY1998-1999 • Site consisted of six static pages and had not been updated in six months • Eight seniors taught me everything they knew about web design • Site grew to over 300 pages, and won “Cool School of the Week”

  6. 1999-2000 • Won Cool School of the Year by Education World • Named Best High School Website in the USA by Cisco Systems • Received $10,000 from Cisco

  7. 2000-2001 • Web design first offered as an elective • 40 students took the class • Site grew to over 3,000 pages • Following Year- went from full time math to full time Web Design 

  17. Grading • Class Participation • Two lead articles per quarter • Maintenance of assigned section on site and / or developing new section(s) of site • Final exam • Infinite Campus updated weekly
