Latar Belakang DASAR HUKUM Rencana Pembangunan dan Pengembangan Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (RP3KP) Pasal 14 huruf (f) : PEMERINTAH PROVINSI mempunyaitugasmenyusunrencanapembangunandanpengembanganperumahandankawasanpermukiman (RP3KP) lintaskabupaten/kota. Pasal 15 huruf (c) : PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN/KOTA mempunyaitugasmenyusunrencanapembangunandanpengembanganperumahandankawasanpermukiman (RP3KP) ditingkatkabupaten/kota. UU No 1 Th 2011tentang PERUMAHAN DAN KAWASAN PERMUKIMAN 11
