Business Process Enhancements • EOP Approval • Additional roles to view applicants
Business Process Enhancements • EOPD to approve ad once search meeting is set up or committee has gone through STIDE or EEO training. • Search & Screen “just in time” training for access. • HR Liaison will request “HR Admin Role” for Department Chair.
Applicant Reference Center • Reference checks will be done electronically in the next few weeks • For Faculty Searches, either the Faculty applicant or the Search Committee will send reference check requests – references should be provided by the applicant during the application process • Academic Affairs will provide new template for advertisements
Faculty Reference Preference • Selecting “Applicant” will allow the Faculty applicant to initiate the request at the time of application submission and also allow the applicant to remind references about the request. • Selecting “Search Committee” means that the Search Committee will decide which candidates they want references for and when the reference check requests will be sent.
Faculty Activity Reporting • Centralized system to input/store data, upload data that currently exists in other systems and includes an approval workflow for the following documents/processes: • CV • Faculty Activity Reports • Annual Evaluations • Third Year Review • Tenure & Promotion • Sustained Performance
