  4. Alternative Action • Get 4 more workers • 4 more stations • Add space to the area

  5. Recommendation • Get 4 more workers per year ($7,280) • Add more space ($20,000) • Add 4 more work spaces ($876 for chairs 2,996 for stations)

  6. Implementation • Overall total $32,852 • Commercialize with billboards for one month $1,500 • Put adds in the newspaper for one week $200

  7. Evaluation • More staff and space will help this organization a lot in many ways. There will be more clients that will be able to be helped. There will be more room to hold more clients. This will make business better and more people happy with their hair.
