  2. Prosv.sCons • Solar Power is a renewable resource and sunlight is everwhere, so it’s free. Solar energy also does not create pollution and is considered a clean energy source.(Solar energy: Alternative Energy) • Very expensive and you need a lot of space and money. (solar power enviromental in context). Heavy cloud cover can limit the use of solar energy. some systems can not be used if there is no direct sunlight. (benifits and drawbacks to solar energy alternate energy).

  4. How it Works • Solar power is an arrangement of mirrors, that track the motion of the sun and reflect the sunlight to small central area. The reflected sunlight creates heat which is used to heat water or oil which generates power.

  5. Scientist have discovered that polar bears skin and fur is very effective at converting sunshine into heat energy. There are two different kinds of solar energy: passive and active. Passive- only sunlight. Active-add pumps and other mechinisims. Sun is responsible for nearly all the energy sources to be found on earth. Extra Information
