  1. De Associatedegree bij de Academie voor Management en Bestuur Avans Onze drie Ad/opleidingen: Ontstaan, Succesjesen probleempjes Regio-overleg. Vier conclusies.

  2. De Ad Financiële Dienstverlening • ECABO, Vedior en KW1C hielpen mee. • Sinds 2007 elk jaar een klas. • Succesjes: • Stabiele groei; • Behoefte in het werkveld • Zeer goede evaluatie vanuit werkveld ECABO. • Probleem de uitrol over Nederland

  3. Ad Bedrijfskunde • Historisch ontstaan per 1-9-2010. • Succesjes: • Na 1 jaar zitten er 180 studenten in het programma. • Prima idee voor brede uitstroom. • Prima idee voor varianten structuur.

  4. Ad HRM • Collegiale ontwikkeling mbv: CHL, Hanze Hogeschool, ROC’s/ECABO en NVP/werkveld. • Moet gaan starten per 1 september 2011. • Succesjes • Brede doelgroep, we verwachten 1 á 2 klassen. • Bredere uitstroom mogelijk. • Probleempje: landelijke afstemming

  5. Regionale bekendheid • Dit jaar gestart met regio-overleg voor Zuid-Nederland. • Overleg met werkveld. • Contact houden met kenniscentra. • Resultaten moeten nog volgen, maar je ziet verschillen per hogeschool.

  6. conclusies • Ergens moet er landelijke coördinatie komen via organen als HBO-Raad, het economisch domeinoverleg of de LOO’s. • Zet bredere Ad’s neer. • Gebruik kenniscentra. • Verdeel Nederland in vieren en overleg/ stem af. • De positie van VNO-MKB is dualistisch in de praktijk. • Het ideaal is een totaallijn: Ad – bachelor – master.
