  27. Convert Text to Number…. Highlight all data except for the header row…click on yellow diamond and choose “Convert to Number”…. For easier sorting….

  28. In EXCEL….Sorting…. Make sure to click the upper left corner to highlight the whole page before sorting….

  29. Custom Sorting… Custom Sort…allows you to choose multiple sorting options….

  35. Click and drag to number…. Left mouse click on bottom right corner to get “+” and drag down the column…. Right click on auto fill options and choose

  36. Choose to “auto fill”…. Choose “Fill Series”…
