How do we showcase our expertise online? • Smell and expertise are the areas we work hard to provide as much information and expertise to our customers online where they can’t physically see, touch or smell the product. • Always ensuring the website is integrated with store activity especially campaigns like National Fragrance Week so the customer experience from store to online is strong and powerful. • Live Chat is available with the our Fragrance Foundation trained experts • Our Fragrance Finder is available online • We now have enhanced content on product pages with additional expertise which we have seen overall we see a 10% lift in conversion on enhanced pages • Ingredients and fragrance notes are high up on the page to inform customers • Utilising our Scents blog and gift guides to provide customers with the best knowledge to make their shopping decisions • Through our online social channels, we continue to showcase our expertise online through Facebook Live, Videos, blog content and beautiful imagery to showcase the amazing products we have available to customers

Making it easy for the customer to receive their perfume • The Perfume Shop now offers multiple delivery options including • Free Next Day Click & Collect • Express Delivery • Free Standard Delivery • 2018 saw the launch of our next day delivery pass – customers can pay a one off cost for a years delivery pass • We are now international and able to ship to 10 countries! • In 2018 we also offered Christmas Eve delivery for the 2nd year which delivered +56% growth. We were the only perfume retailer offering this.

What's in it for our customers? • Try Me Samples available – giving customer the choice to choose samples to try in their order • Personalised engraving service available. • Ability to earn and burn with Rewards Club Card which now has 3.4million members! • As well as traditional easy navigation for men and women, we include areas for shopping by fragrance family • Feature a Wellbeing area on site – 2018 saw The Perfume Shop launch a range of vegan fragrances as well as a charity candle for Alzheimer’s Research • The Perfume Shop now offers Student Discount online as well as in stores. • Customers can now purchase Egift cards – making gifting even easier • Our web orders are now delivered with cardboard boxes with no plastic or unnecessary paperwork

  6. You can find us anywhere! • Our website is fully optimised for mobile use • We also have our App which links in with our Rewards Card and continues to grow

National Fragrance Week 2018 • Stores were sent their own #ScentMemories cards and encouraged to share customers and their own on social to @TPSPeople. • Collaborating with suppliers we had the experts giving insights into their perfume knowledge sharing content around brand stories, ingredients, and of course some of their favourite products. This had strong engagement across all channels • On our website we also hosted a Perfume Wardrobe page to separate fragrances out into their fragrance families. • The Scent Blog celebrated National Fragrance Week with engaging content
