  2. Quick Notes • Thanks to everyone for bringing items! We will be donating these and making Thanksgiving baskets. • We are selling candy bars for $1 • Congrats to our new VP of Fundraising and Social Events: Dominique Sanchez • Thanks to everyone who applied! Please apply again in the spring for Eboard position. • Yankee Candle fundraiser went REALLY well! Thanks to everyone who sold! • Induction went well. Everyone who attended is automatically eligible for the scholarship. Please do the survey on the Facebook page for the Induction Event.

  5. Ronald McDonald House 121 S. Holmes Street Lansing, MI 48912 Dinner and cleanup will last until about 7:30 • Home away for home for families of seriously ill children who are hospitalized in the Lansing area • Will prepare dinner for families, need 4 people • November 15th, 5:00pm

  6. MSU Blood Battle Vs PSU • American Red Cross: Donating Blood • November 12th • 12-5:45pm at Marriott University Place on M.A.C. (free parking) • 2-7:45pm at Buffalo Wild Wings on Albert • Look up more locations and times at redcrossblood.org

  7. Red Cross Food Bank 2116 Mint Road Lansing, Mi 48906 Help make weekend Survival Kits for those students who wouldn’t otherwise have food on the weekend Friday November 19th, 9-11am Need 11 people

  8. World AIDS Day Meet at the rock on Farm Lane To spread awareness of the AIDS epidemic occurring both in the US and around the world World AIDS Day is December 1st Need volunteers for November 30th at 6:30pm to help tie red ribbons on trees on campus

More than 4,326 recipients statewide (infants, children, teenagers, and adults with disabilities) affiliated with 41 agencies (private, nonprofit social service agencies & foster care, residential treatment, and group homes), through volunteer efforts of 300 donors ( groups, organizations, and  individuals), 19 transport companies, 17 airports state-wide, over 180 flights, and more than 300 volunteers at the departure airport on December 4th and 5th Join the committee to be more involved!   10. Updates • T-Shirt Orders • We are getting t-shirts from underground printing and ordering them this week. They are $10 and you need to pay when you sign up. • Budget • Kate will be posting our budget online bi-annually to show where our chapter funds are being spent. The majority goes toward Community Service
