  2. Producer • The primary role of a television producer is to control all aspects of production, ranging from show idea development and cast hiring to shoot supervision and fact-checking.

  3. Announcer • The person who introduces the acts and numbers to the audience during a program.

  4. Anchor • In the present material prepared for a news program and at times must improvise commentary for live presentation. • Many anchors are also involved in writing and/or editing the news for their programs. • The “anchor” that holds the show in place.

  5. Reporter • A reporter is a type of journalist who researches and presents information in certain types of mass media.

  6. Talent • Someone willing to be on camera in some way. For example, this person may like to: • Read dialogue • Dance • Sing • Perform

  7. Camera Operator • The camera operator is a member of the camera crew and runs the camera as instructed by the director and the cinematographer. • The camera operator is responsible for keeping the action in frame, and responding quickly to the action as it unfolds.

  8. Writer • Screenwriters or scenarists or scriptwriters are people in a film crew who write/create the screenplays from which films and television programs are made. • Responsible for finding and writing specific news stories using inverted-pyramid style.

  9. Video Editor • Editing is the process of selecting and preparing language, images, sound, video, or film through processes of correction, condensation, organization, and other modifications in various media.
