What are you willing to do to achieve this goal? Why do you want to achieve this goal? Are there alternate roads to the same end? Are you happy/ satisfied with your chosen road? What is your plan?

What are you willing to do to achieve this grade? Why do you want to achieve this grade? What components make-up this grade? What “wiggle” room may there be? What is your plan?
