  1. Design an infrastructure composed by heterogeneous networks and devices, which takes into consideration mobility, end-to-end quality of service and privacy in a distributed environment. This infrastructure may be applied (suggestion) in e-health services, in any time and anywhere fashion, in order to promote mechanism which improves the patient safety in the hospital, at home, or any other place in which medical assistance would be required.
