Printing the Spreadsheet • When printing the Spreadsheets they have already been formatted to print Legal, Landscape and adjusted to fit that paper size. • Your Name and Address will appear on the top of every printed sheet • At the end of the year your Spreadsheet can be either printed and handed to your Accountant or e-mailed to them.
Settings Each state is different when it comes to the Value of Notarial Fees. Just enter the value for your State. This is the calculation that will be used in the Spreadsheet. Periodically the IRS will change the amount that can be calculated for your mileage deduction. When that rate changes, just change it here and it will update the Spreadsheet from the current month to the end of the year or the next time you change it. This is the state you are commissioned in. This will be the default state that appears each time you start the program. The program defaults to Charge by Documents, if you change it here (based upon your State) it will change the calculations throughout the Spreadsheet to reflect your selection
