Pls click on New Customer Option to enter the OTP1 and OTP2 to generate the Password for the user id. eIA login page where customer can view his personal details. He can change the details which are highlighted by him.

  1. Pls click on New Customer Option to enter the OTP1 and OTP2 to generate the Password for the user id

  2. eIA login page where customer can view his personal details. He can change the details which are highlighted by him

  3. Select more details menu in ‘My policy Details’ will give you the policy details

  4. Select My Policy details menu, Customer can view his Policy details

  5. If you select T&C version, you can view and download it in PDF form. For NB forms, you can view and download the NB application form and illustration from the respective menus

  6. Customer can generate account statement and annual acct statements by selecting the respective menus

  7. Pay Premium Insurer specific and will provide the facility to the customer

  8. Premium pad history will provide the details of the last 10 premium paid details

  9. Customer can raise Query & get the query status, can raise complaint request & get complaint status through the respective menus
