  4. Anesthésiologie pédiatrique : bloqueur bronchique Bloqueur bronchique et vidéo-thoracoscopie

  5. Anesthésiologie pédiatrique : péridurale thoracique Anesthésie péridurale

  6. Matériel • Optique 5 mm • Trocarts et instrumentation 5 mm et 3 mm • Bipolaire 3 mm • Thermofusion / US en 5 mm

  7. Difficultés • Espace contraint • à l’extérieur « Tricotage » des trocarts • à l’intérieur : exclusion pulm parfois mal supportée… extraction des pièces…

  8. MAKP localisée asymptomatique : segmentectomie par thoracoscopie à 6 mois

  9. Forme hybride prénatale asymptomatique : lobectomie inférieure G par thoracoscopie à 9 mois
