Processing Changes • Dropping Batch Data Requests and Institution Data for 2002-2003 • All requests and institution data updates through the Web • Includes associated acknowledgements, error messages, file layouts, and SAIG message classes • Reminder -- Disbursements will be processed in Disbursement Ref Number order

  4. File Layout Changes • Originations/Acknowledgements • Award Amount will be accepted in $$ and cents • Modifying Verification Status Code • Adding Negative Pending Amount • Adding Current SSN, DOB and Student Name • Increase in record lengths • Disbursement -- None • YTD/MRR/Reconciliation

  5. Edit Code Changes • New Warning Code for Originations • For new Current SSN, DOB and Student Name Fields (#332) • Changed Warning Code for Originations • Verification Status Code (#309)
