  2. Objectives The goal of R.L.W. Mgt. is to offer quality apartments at a quality price. We have our own Maintenance staff, Cleaning co., and also a Plumbing Heating co.

  3. E-Commerce Initiative • The reason I have chosen RLW for my Initiative is that we have no real website. • I feel that by putting this company on the web, we can increase tenants and also make life easier on the office staff.

  4. E-Commerce Initiative • The problem that we are facing is to many people coming into the office and distracting the secretaries. • I feel to solve this problem we will be putting our applications online and also tenants may pay there rent online and also request maintenance from the site.

  5. Ecommerce Initiative • I feel by making this possible we will be able to get more accomplished in the office. • I also feel that people from far and away will see my site first when thinking of a new place to live in Caribou.

Ecommerce Initiative • People usually only know of us through either word of mouth or local advertisement. • This new site will focus on telling the customers exactly where there are available units and also for how much. • I also plan on putting some simple floor plans and pictures of the individual apartments, so people can see how they are set up right from the web.

  7. RLW • This is a big step in this local housing market because as far as I know there is no other management agency in Caribou doing this. • I feel by doing all of this I will see more tenants and be able to offer them more at great convenience.
