  2. 概要 • 美國加州能源委員會(California Energy Commission)為負責加州初級能源政策及計劃執行之行政機構,由加州立法機構成立于1974年,為因應加州降低能源損耗之強製法律規定,而經常性地更新,以考慮新的能源效率科技及量測方法.2006.10.11 cec采用sec1601~1608,2006.12.14由加州行政法律機構批準.委員會具有下列五個主要職責: • 預測未來能源需求及保存加州歷史以來之能源使用資料 • 核發50百萬瓦以上熱能電廠執照 • 製定電氣產品及建築物效率 • 開發能源相關技術及推廣使用再生能源 • 計劃﹑指導能源緊急狀況之處置 TECHNICS GROUP www.technicsgroup.com.tw ●●●●● ● Technics-GP

  13. 測試方法簡介：US EPA test method 08-11-2004 • 測試程序: • 待測物至少需在全載(100%)下預熱30分鐘 • 預熱30分鐘后,再觀察輸入功率,如于5分鐘內未漂移超過觀測到之最大值5%,則視為穩定並可記錄數值 • 以同樣之穩定觀察方式,測量其余負載狀態(75%,50%,25%) www.technicsgroup.com.tw ●●●●● ● TECHNICS GROUP Technics-GP
