Objectives of the Inception Report Provide a shared reference framework for the execution of the study, the nine Workpackages; Support the initial exchange of ideas between the RTD Sector consortium and the EC Project Officer; Provide a more detailed view on the main approaches to the work on the contractual tasks; To help the formulation and clarification of issues related to the study execution (strategic objectives, constraints, limits, opportunities)

  3. WPs Overview (1/2) WP1:detailed methodological approach presenting the literature review (I part) and the detailed implementation plan and methodological outline (II part). WP2: Quantitative analysis of Sector R&D and factors related to knowledge production and analytical dimensions and the methodological outline. WP3: exhibits the set-up of advisory committee and the methodology regarding the Questionnaire WP4: Sector-specific analysis, meta-sector analysis and reporting WP5: methodology to be used in the cross-sector analysis

  4. WPs Overview (2/2) WP6: presents the collaboration and networking in-sector and inter-sector; WP7: provides the structural change element thus identifies sectoral innovation and clusters, General technology policies and applications, Patterns and factors of change; WP8: develops the synthesis and final report on optimising research policy instruments; WP9: illustrates the processes and tools to put in place to have an effective Study and to disseminate and validate its results (International conference, Web platform).
