  3. Government Purchase Card Program (cont.) The Government Purchase Card Program represents micro-purchase transactions of $10,000 and below. Vendors/Merchants on a General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule* are eligible to compete for transactions up to $25,000. The normal thresholds are listed below: Threshold Limits Supplies/Goods: $10,000 Services: $2500 Construction: $2000 Vendor/Merchant Requirements -Must be able to provide a tax exempt credit card transaction -Can not be listed on the Excluded Parties List System(EPLS) *-GSA Point of Contact, Mr. Darren Hickman, 817-850-8486, email: darren.hickman@gsa.gov
