  8. MAS 75 RFI Update

  9. RFI to Re-open Schedule 75 • Published: December 14, 2016 • Comments Closed: January 17, 2017 • Coalition Comments • GSA proposing to re-open Schedule 75 by: • Creating a new “Enhanced SIN 75 2XX” • Closing the existing “Revised SIN 75 200” and “SIN 75 85” to new offers

  10. RFI to Re-open Schedule 75 • For the first time since 2010, GSA plans to accept new offers on Schedule 75 • Proposed changes: • Create a new “Enhanced SIN 75 2XX” • Combine existing SINs 75 200 AND 75 210 into one “Revised SIN 75 200” • New offers will only be accepted for the new Enhanced SIN 75 2XX • The Revised SIN 75 200 and SIN 75 85 will be closed to new offers

  11. RFI to Re-open Schedule 75 • Coalition Recommendations • Open all Schedule 75 SINs immediately and remain open to new offers at all times • Ensure that current Schedule 75 contractors can continue to offer office supply products and services through GSA • Delay implementation of the “Enhanced SIN 2XX.” It is duplicative of OS3 and SIN 75 200 in terms of scope. Allow enhanced requirements to be set at the task order level • Offer streamlined proposal submission and evaluation processes for successful FSS contractors • Apply the standard IFF of 0.075% to all of Schedule 75 SINs
