This study presents a comprehensive schematic representation of various domains found in rice class I Clp ATPases, specifically focusing on the alignment of proteins with respect to the first nucleotide-binding domain (NBD1). Utilizing the SMART database, we visualize important features such as OsClpB, OsClpC, and OsClpD family members, alongside associated signal peptides for plasma membrane, mitochondria, and chloroplast targeting. The findings contribute to the understanding of domain structures and potential functional implications in rice ATPases.
