  4. 臭豆腐Stinky Tofu • 臭豆腐是一種豆腐做成的發酵食品,由於它有一種與眾不同的特殊氣味,因此名之為臭豆腐。(由黃豆製成)另一種做法是用炸的,是酥酥脆脆的口感,和一般的臭豆腐不一樣,但是都一樣好吃。

  5. 臭豆腐Stinky Tofu • The Stinky Tofu (beancurd) is one kind of fermented food. The name came out of its special smell. It’s made with soybean. There is another way to cook it - frying it, and then it becomes crispy. It’s dissimilar with the common stinky tofu, but equally delicious.

  8. 蚵仔麵線 &蚵仔煎 • 蚵仔麵線的主要材料為:豬腸,蚵,麵線,香菜  • 蚵仔煎是以加水後的番薯粉漿包裹蚵仔、豬肉、香菇等雜七雜八的食材所煎成的餅狀物。 QQ軟軟的, 加上一些青菜。 • 健康又美味!

  9. 蚵仔麵線 &蚵仔煎Clam Thin Noodle & Clam Pancake • Ingredients for Clam Noodle: pork sausage, clams, thin noodles, cilantro. • Clam Pancake: adding some water into sweet potato flour to make thick flour paste, then put some young clams, shred pork, mushrooms and some assorted green vegetables, frying it to make pancakes. It is soft and tasty. • Healthy and delicacy!

  10. 擔仔麵Dan Zai Noodle • 擔仔麵的材料,以油麵為主,放入蝦仁、豆芽菜、香菜、豬肉製成肉燥等,最後將鮮蝦所熬出來的高湯倒入,即是一碗香噴噴的擔仔麵。由於拌麵的肉燥帶有傳統鹹香味,真正保有地方小吃特色。

  11. 擔仔麵Dan Zai Noodle • The Dan Zai Noodle’s ingredients: oil, shelled fresh shrimp, bean sprouts, cilantro, pork meat and so on. Pour the soup that was made by boiling fresh shrimp into the bowl of cooked noodles at the final, then a bowl of fragrant Dan Zai Noodle is there! Due to the pork meat’s traditional salty flavor, it truly holds the Taiwan local snack characteristic.
