  3. LESS AGE GAP BETWEEN TEACHERS AND STUDENTS • IMMATURED TEACHERS HAVE TO HANDLE IMMATURED STUDENTS • STUDENTS AND TEACHERS ARE CARRIED AWAY BY EMOTIONS • TO DEAL WITH THE STUDENTS, THE TEACHER HAS TO ATTAIN A CERTAIN LEVEL OF MATURITY • THE TEACHER SHOULD BE A GOOD ACTOR

  4. THE TEACHER HAS TO DEAL WITH DIFFERENT • KINDS OF STUDENTS • THE TEACHER SHOULD LOVE THE STUDENTS AND DEVELOP EMOTIONAL BOND • THE TEACHER HAS TO MAKE THE STUDENTS TO • LISTEN TO HIS/HER LECTURE • THE TEACHER SHOULD UNDERSTAND THE • PROBLEMS OF STUDENTS AND SHOULD EXTEND • HELPING HAND

  5. THE TEACHER HAS TO BE CONSIDERATE • A CLASS MAY BE MANAGED WITH MILD HUMOUR • THE TEACHER MAY HAVE TO DEAL TROUBLESOME STUDENTS • SOMETIMES, A TEACHER HAS TO BE TOUGH • A TEACHER HAS TO OVERCOME NEGATIVE EMOTIONS SUCH AS EGO, ANGER etc. • DO NOT INSULT STUDENTS
