Analyzing the Effect of Variables with Data Tables

Create a data table by dividing it into two columns for the Independent Variable (IV) and Dependent Variable (DV) sides. The IV side is shorter than the DV side. Split the DV into 2 rows and add an average column. Further split DV rows to denote trials. Label the rows according to the number of IV levels and list your IVs. Title your data table to reflect the effect of one variable on another. Record your levels and trials, then observe and record the data.
