  4. Le socle commun • Il assure la normalisation des interfaces • Transposition des données AOT vers un schéma standard • Mutualisation des coûts • Garantie d’interopérabilité • Garantie d’évolutivité

  5. Le groupement régional ou départemental • Conserve son autonomie dans la mise en ligne de ses informations « SIM » • N’a pas à gérer l’interopérabilité • Bénéficie d’une simplification de la mise en place des extensions et/ou intégrations des SIM voisins sur sa plateforme

  6. Le périmètre du cocontractant • Il doit se négocier dans le détail lors du dialogue compétitif • Il comprend a priori • Le socle • Les relations bidirectionnelles avec les AOT • La fourniture d’un format standard aux régions • La fourniture d’un format standard au niveau national • La réalisation de travaux spécifiques (recettes complémentaires??) pour l’ensemble des acteurs

  7. L’engagement du cocontractant • Engagement sur le résultat (bonus/malus) • Globalisation des coûts • L’investissement optimisé pour une exploitation et une maintenance optimisées • Les risques de développement, de déploiement, de fonctionnement, de maintenance lui sont transférés
