Impact of Interprofessional Education on Professional Identity and Organizational Culture
Investigates how large-scale interprofessional education (IPE) programs influence the perceptions of healthcare professionals regarding their professional identity and organizational culture. Conducted by Viktoria Joynes at the University of Leeds, the study focuses on the experiences of health and social care staff involved in IPE delivery. Through surveys and interviews, the research aims to understand staff perceptions of collaboration across disciplines, the implementation of IPE programs, and how these interactions shape personal and collective identities within organizational settings.
