This study presents a comprehensive analysis of the responses to a baseline questionnaire administered to Foundation Year 1 (FY1) doctors. Figures depict the distribution of unanswered questions, breakdown of mistakes made in clinical practice, and the percentage of FY1s encountering common error categories. Key insights garnered from the data could inform training improvements and enhanced support mechanisms for junior doctors during their formative weeks in medical practice.
