Do you know Congress? • How many Senators does each state have in the Senate? • How many total members are there in the House of Representatives? • Who is your local representative in the House? • Minimum age required to serve in the House? • How many total Senators are there in the Senate? • Name one of your two Senators from Illinois. • What is the term length of a U.S. Senator? • In Illinois, how do we replace a Senator that cannot finish their term? • What party currently holds the majority in the House? • The Senate? • (Bonus) Who was the last member of Congress to be elected President?

  3. Design a Congressman from Central Illinois. What type of Person would be the perfect representative to Congress from central Illinois? Remember, it is a popularity contest.
