  5. Our STORY: MBA Kristofer SPERRY My career in wine started with design & architecture to support various business models for wine production & sales. The philosophy that people come first and the facilities support the aspirations of those people led to many successful winery projects. Opening my own winery led to the opportunity to come in close contact with our customers. It is our top priority to provide exceptional customer service. We created a wine family. My MBA experience allowed me to study in-depth the action-ability of business building strategies based upon the components of VALUE. I learned that much of what I assumed to be the foundation of wine customer value was not quite so obvious. Current research reveals a large gap between our current and desired understanding of the actual components of VALUE sought from a wine experience. For exactly this reason, I founded SWSI, llc. To eliminate this gap. When we know intimately what our customers want from us, then we can provide extraordinary VALUE. Be LISTENING.
