  2. PHYSIOPATHOLOGIE Susceptibilité génétique HLA DR4/HLA DR1 + FACTEURS ENVIRONNEMENTAUX + FACTEURS PHYSIQUES/PSYCHIQUES → Désordres immunitaires → inflammation synoviale ( IL1 + TNF α)

  3. CLINIQUE • Polyarthrite symétrique • petites articulations mains/avant-pieds ++ • Douleur inflammatoire nocturne avec long dérouillage matinal • Chaleur • Gonflement • Rougeur
