Enhancements to SRM Registration of Supplier (ROS) and Supplier Self-Service (SUS) effective December 16, 2013. Changes include extending special condition dates, maintaining principal info, and email notifications in multiple languages. Vendors must adapt quickly to process changes and ensure security access is given to authorized personnel only. Thank you.

Extend Special Condition Date • Vendor shall apply online on request for extension of the special condition’s end date for submission of the relevant document (s) via ‘Extend Special Condition Date’ module. The application submitted will be processed and subject to approval (or rejection) by Licensing & Registration Section, PETRONAS. 2. Click “Special Condition” 1. Click “Extend Special Condition Date”

Maintain Principal’s Info • Vendors are required to input Principal Info. (if necessary) during ALL applications. 1. Click “Principal Info.” 2. Enter Person in-charge, contact no. & email ID then, Click ‘Save’ “Display Company Details”

Display Company Status & Certificate in BM & English Click “Display Company Status and Certificate” “Special Condition” in English Version will only be available for new special condition
