  2. As you can see the population is mostly around the Indo gangetic Plain for farming and the coastal areas. Another reason why people live around the coastal areas is because of fishing and shipping. And there are less people around the Thar Desert.

  3. Population Diversity • Population Diversity is about ethnicity, age, sex. • This graph shows that there are more males than females. • This graph shows that India is more of a youthful population that there are more males than females.

  4. This pie graph, like the other graph shows that there are more males than females, which means more percentage of people in India are males. • Most of the population is poverty, that means that India is a poor country with lots of people.

  5. Population Change Population change is about births, deaths and how over the years more and more people are coming into India. The graph shows that people are rapidly coming into India this might mean that India will overtake China for it’s population. India is the second most populous country in the world in 2011 with over 1.21 billion people.
