2. Getting Started... Assumption: The Administrator has installed the Accelerator Server Side Component
3. Accelerator IE Toolbar – Download and Install Download & Install Accelerator IE Toolbar
4. Step 1: Download & Install Accelerator IE Toolbar Inside Sage CRM, click the Accelerator tab Result: button appears on the right Click on link to start download Close ALL Browser windows Follow the Installation Wizard through to the end
5. Step 2: Activation of Accelerator IE Toolbar Open Internet Explorer Go to Sage CRM loginscreen Look:The Accelerator IE Toolbar is displayed on top of your IE Browser
6. Step 3: Changing Settings Click Settings (on right of toolbar) and select Options... Result: The following window is displayed: 3. Click Use Current 4. Click Offline Office tab 5. Enter your Sage CRM User Name & Password 6. Click OK
7. Step 4: Finalisation Inside Sage CRM click the Log Off button (bottom left) Result: The Sage CRM login screen will be displayed 1. Enter your Sage CRM User Name & Password 2. Click Log On Your Accelerator IE Toolbar is now ready for use!

The Team Members’ Ping Button on their Accelerator IE Toolbar will indicate that a new ping has arrived. When they click on the ping they will be taken to the “Communications” Tab for that opportunity! Type your message and click OK

Button You can save any individuals vCard Information vCard is a file format standard for electronic business cards. vCards are often attached to e-mail messages, but can be exchanged in other ways, such as on the World Wide Web or Instant Messaging.
